Percy male; DOB: ± 2001.

Percy is a medium-sized, black crossbreed. He was rescued after being found abandoned in Fish Hoek by his previous “owners”. Percy is an alert, canine-confident, affectionate, undemanding and fairly independent chap, who enjoys being the centre of attention. He enjoys the companionship of female dogs, but would easily settle in a “single”-dog household, and would be a loyal companion and protective friend.

Angel male; DOB: ± 2001

Angel is a medium-sized, golden tan crossbreed. He was rescued after being abandoned in Wynberg by his previous “owners”. Angel is a happy, friendly, loving and athletic dog, who enjoys the companionship of people. He would like to be an only dog, but would be fine with a female dog who could stand her ground.

SAMUEL male; DOB: ± Feb, 2008.

Samuel is a medium-sized, cream crossbreed. He was rescued after being knocked over near Redhill Informal Settlement. Samuel is bashful, sensitive, loving, playful, cheerful and comical boy, who is eager and keen to please. He enjoys the companionship of larger dogs he can play with. Having been badly abused as a puppy, Samuel needs a gentle, loving home with much TLC and reassurance, and will flourish into an unconditionally loyal soul mate and confident chap!

BLOSSOM female; DOB: ± 2005.

Blossom is a medium-sized, black with tan and white Shepherd, Collie crossbreed. She was a stray rescued in Ocean View Township. Blossom is an active, attentive, intelligent, confident, alert and inquisitive lass, who has a spunky disposition and can hold her own in conversation! This responsive and athletic girl has a keen zest for life's adventures and enjoys going for walks. Blossom would be a watchful companion and devoted best friend.

RANGER male; DOB: ± Jan, 2003.

Ranger is a medium-sized, black and white Fox Terrier, Staffie, Corgi crossbreed. He was an unwanted dog uplifted from Ocean View Township. Ranger is an endearing, jovial, fun-loving, alert, friendly and sensitive chap, who can hold his own in conversation and is keen to please. He loves TLC and being fussed over, not having much of it in his life, and exhibits a good sense of humour. Ranger would be an amusing buddy and loyal pet.

Sophia Female; DOB: ± 2007; Rescued: Jan, 2010.

Sophia is a medium-sized tan crossbreed. She was found swimming in the wetlands in Noordhoek, nervous and very scared. Since coming to TEARS, Sophia has come out of her shell and is now a bubbly, cheerful and doting girl who loves people. She is a comic and fun girl who enjoys the company of children. Sophia would be happiest in a home with responsible children and a male companion she could interact with.

Allie Female; DOB: ± Dec, 2006; Rescued: June, 2009.

Allie is a medium-sized, cream with black sable crossbreed. She was found wondering in Bonteheuwel, emaciated and covered in mange. Allie has since made a full recovery, and is a noble, charismatic, and responsive girl who is a quick learner and loves to be made a fuss of. She alert and always on the lookout for fun. Allie has had a hard life and greatly deserves to find her forever home where she can finally be apart of a family.

Toya Female; DOB: ± 2004; Rescued: Dec, 2009.

Toya is a medium-sized black with fawn shepherd crossbreed. She was found as a stray wondering along Fish Hoek Main Road. Toya is a bashful, quiet and reserved girl who is timid in kennels and would like nothing more than to be apart of a caring and reassuring family where she can come out of her shell. She is a little insecure but given time and love, would be a wonderful friend and playmate, if only given the chance!
