Using Fax facility:
Deposit the correct amount into the TEARS Bank Account. Please use your surname as well as the word “Calendar” as a reference.
Fax your completed form, together with your proof of deposit to 021 7854354.
Using Electonic facility:
Deposit the correct amount into the TEARS Bank Account. Please use your surname as well as the word “Calendar” as a reference.
